- He is the CEO of Big Bird Foods Limited.
- Qualified as DVM, M.Sc. Nutrition.
- Over 35 years’ experience of Grand Parent Poultry Operations, PS Production & Marketing and rich experience of Management Processes.
- Dr. Kamal was instrumental in bringing into Pakistan, the Grand Parent Poultry Technology in collaboration with Hubbard of USA.
- He is the Team Leader with rich experience of Management Processes, Research and Technical Operations of the group.

Dr. Abdul Karim (Director)
- The founder Director of the Group, Chief Executive of Big Feed (Pvt.) Ltd., Managing Director of Big Bird Poultry Breeders (Pvt.) Ltd., and Director of all other group companies.
- Qualified as D.V.M., M.Sc. Nutrition.
- Over thirty five years’ experience in management, R&D of poultry and feed production.
18.04.2024 - Directs the production and marketing team of Big Bird Group products and is the key driving force in the development and in formulating the business strategies of the group.

Mr. Muhammad Aleem (Director)
- Masters from College of Veterinary Sciences, (UVAS) Lahore,
- PhD (Animal Science) from USA and Postdoc from the University of London.
- Teaching, research and clinical services for the last 40 years.
- Served as head of department and Dean of Livestock Business Management (UVAS).
- He has been managing GP Laboratory that is providing diagnostic services to Big Bird Group and to commercial poultry sector, as well.
- Attended various European and American Laboratories to learn and update poultry diagnostic skills.
